2000 Ford Explorer no brakes

i just perchased a 2000 ford explorer xlt , every once in a while the brake pedal goes to the floor and i have no brakes , just did complete brake job including master cylinder , whats next???

Peddle goes to the floor
have one of two wrong
1st leak in the brake fluid lines :
check caliper bolts and hoses for leaks ,check rear wheel cylinder and check rear brakes for adjustment

2nd suspect bad master cylinder
