KEYPAD ENTRY AND CLOCK / TEMP. / COMPASS

2000 Ford Explorer

Electrical problem
2000 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 145000 miles

I just bought a used 2000 Ford Explorer. The guy I bought it from bought it at an auction. It does not have a manual in it. There is a keypad on the drivers door. He did not know the code. Is there a way to find out the code?
Also, in the front middle of the ceiling there is a dome / map light , and below that, is what I believe to be a clock /temp. / compass, but it is not lit up and I am thinking it might just be a fuse...but which fuse? I am including a picture of it.

And if it isn't the fuse, could it be something else that would be an easy fix?

THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!!!!
