Every morning doesnt matter the time of year although it is worse in the winter, the car wont idle on its own. I have to keep working the throttle and keep it working. It runs rough untill it reachs normal temp.

I had a tech tell me to replace the lower O2 sensors and the tpi motor, I did and didnt solve a thing.

Any ideas out there, I would really like some help.

Thanks,
Luis

Luis:

Has the check engine light come on? Did he check for vacuum leaks? Fuel pump pressure? EGR? Temp sensor?

Let me know. It sounds like a lot to check, but I can help you with anything he didn't do.
