2000 Ford Explorer brakes ABS

Brakes start anti locking when you come to close stop like at 3 mph any other speed above that brakes work fine no problems

Hi:
Have the computer scanned for codes. It sounds like a bad wheel sensor. Most nationally recognized parts stores will scan it for free. Also, inspect the sensors at each wheel. Make sure they are not damaged or covered with dirt.
