My 1999 Ford Explorer when I put it in gear and attempt to drive it doesn't want to move. I have to use full throttle to get it to move very slowly. It feels like a strong e-brake is on. I smell burning rubber when i try to move it. At full throtle it wont go over 3mph. Do u know what the problem might be?

If the fluid level is ok, you need a trans rebuild. Not exactly unheard of for an Explorer
