1999 Ford Explorer Spark Plug removal and installation

Engine Performance problem
1999 Ford Explorer 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 115,00 miles

I need to replace the spark plugs in my 1999 Ford Explorer. How do i get to the passenger side back plug that is in a space so small that my hand barely even fits in it? I have a Chilton's manual and naturally it has no troubleshooting section, it just says remove and replace. It's kinda hard to remove when I can't even get a grip on the boot to get it off the plug. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

If you remove the plastic inner fender you should be able to axcess the rear plug.
