I have taken the car in a few times to try and solve this problem. The problem seems to be getting worse.

At highway speeds 55-65 mph the car has a vibration that feels like driving over grooves in the road. The fuel economy has dropped 5-10% overall.

All of the spark splugs/ wires and coils have been replaced. New tires and shocks were installed. new brakes installed. Has had all of its scheduled maintenance except the 120k mile. It went through a balance and allignment. One mechanic put it through some sort of diagnostic to test what could be causing the vibration and found only that the tires were cupped. (Replaced tires and shocks because of this) It was hit while parked and the frame is slightly bent in the rear.

I have no idea what could be causing this.
