After replacing fuel pump and filter, vehicle would still not start. I tested the wires going to the fuel pump, and they test about 7 volts. The power at the relay is 12 volts. I traced 7 volts as far back as the inertia fuel shutoff located by the kick panel on the passenger side. The wiring diagram shows two other connectors between the inertia fuel shutoff and the relay, but I can't seem to find them. Can anyone help me locate these connectors? They connect a dark green and yellow wire. In the diagram, they are labeled S127 and C147, if my memory serves me correctly.

S127 is a splice but the connector that you are seeing does not contain these circuits. However the fact that you have 7 volts is most likely the issue so I suspect you have a wiring issue. Which is probably why you are tracking voltage. What I would do is go to the relay and if you have 12 volts coming out on the green yellow wire then just run a new wire to the shut off switch and then add the new splice. It is just one wire that goes to the PCM so I would just run a wire to that as well.

So basically you are eliminating the wiring issue that you appear to have.

Here is a guide that will help with testing these wires if you want to continue testing them instead of this:

Let us know what you find and we an go from there. Thanks
