I am having an issue of rough idle. I have replaced the coil pack and plugs and wires. The computer says right side o2 sensor. How many are there and will they make it idle rough also what would make a plug foul out almost immediately.

Hello,

There are many reasons for a rough running vehicle. However, since you had a plug foul out pretty quick you could possibly have a Fuel Injector Problem.

The O2 sensor there are usually 3 one in each exhaust Manifolld and one just before the Converter.
