1998 Ford Explorer Rear Crank Shaft Seal replacement costs

Oil is leaking slowly from the main seal for the
crank shaft at the front of the car under the
engine. I was told that the rear crank shaft seal
needs to be replaced and that it would probably
take about 5 hours labor at $90 an hour. That
the seal was not expensive but the labor was the
main part of the cost for repair. Sound right to you?
