My sports Ford Explorer 1998 model was having problem during the cold start with rpm going down from normal 500 to 400 or 300 and sometimes even the engine foes off. Got it checked from a expert and he handed me a $600 estimate for the job and told me to get get the spark plugs and the wire sets with Bosch platinum sparks plugs but the problem is still like that and now it had started misfiring even while running after fully warmed up engine.
