WE JUST GOT DONE REPLACING THE REAR TIMING PIECES. NOW WE HAVE IT BACK TOGETHER AND IT JUST KEEPS TURNING OVER BUT DOESNT REALLY SOUND AS IF ITS TRYING TO FIRE AND CATCH.. ANY SUGGESTIONS. COULD IT BE A VACUMN HOSE POSSIBLY OFF OF THE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR,

What parts did you replace? As far as the fuel pressure regulator, if the vacuum is removed from it, the pressure will increase, but it should still try to start. Have you checked to see if you are getting spark and fuel to the engine? Have you checked fuel pump pressure? Did you properly reinstall the crank sensor?
