1997 Ford Explorer Starter Relay?

Haven't had any previous related problems until today. Tried to start the truck and got nothing but a click. Not a bunch of clicks, just 1 click every time I turn the key. Tested the battery and it's fine. Do you think it might be the starter relay, and is there any way I can be sure?

If you hear a click, then either the battery is weak, or the starter, possibly bad battery cable connections, check and clean both ends of BOTH cables! Dissconnect negative(-) first, and put it on last! If no click the starter relay is no good!
