Lights do not come on. Have checked bulbs & they are okay. Don't know if they are on a fuse or not. Do not have owners manual. Also heater blower motor only works on hi & blows cold air no matter what heat setting is on.

Which lights you speaking about? High beam lamps, low beam lamps, foglights?.

Heater sounds like faulty blower motor resistor or blower switch. Test for power at switch on low settings. If power is there, suspet faulty resistor.
