Can an electrical short cause the truck not to start? It has been driving fine. It starting raining, water leaked through the sunroof. The lights would start to flicker and the noise from the door being ajar would come on, I would try to start it and it wouldnt start. I jumped the battery and it didnt come on. Any suggestions?
