1996 Ford Explorer clutch problem

I have a 1996 ford explorer 4x4, there is no clutch pedal unless I pump it 10 or 12 tiimes then it stiffens up long enough to put it in gear without grinding, clutch fluid is full. No leak's

It's either the master or slave cylinder has an internal leak. Fluid passing by the seal.

Fluid level hasn't gone down any? And I dont see any leak's

Have someone push the clutch while you bleed it. See if there is pressure, or the master is weak.
