I just changed the the brake pads on the front of my car. I made sure i was carefull, but my Odometer and Speedometer are going crazy. My odometer is giving my extra miles i'm not traveling and my speedometer is normal sometimes, but then jumps and goes crazy. It's also making a funny squeaking noise, but not all the time. Whats could be the problem and how should i fix it.

Replacing front brake pads has nothing to do with the speedo. Did this happen when you replaced the brakes or was it happening prior to the work?

Let me know.
