Tried to start, engine turned over once then just "clicks". I have replaced the battery, ignition relay
and the starter. All these parts tested good before the replacement. I still just get a clicking sound when
I turn the ignition to start. I do not know if the clicking sound is coming from the solenoid or the relay.

replace the starter relay/solenoid always a cheap item and easy to fix. also check for corrosion on the battery connections. Post back what you find. and your results.
