1993 Ford Explorer hard starting

My truck lately is very hard to start. It cranks over fine acts like its going to start but doesn't. after messing with it for a little while ie: pumping the petal and repeated tries starting, it will start , seems like when I change the plugs it fixes the problem for a little bit.Tried changing brand of gas same thing,is there a sensor or something else to look for. help please.............

Check engine light On or has flashed before?

Last major tune-up?

Test the engine coolant temperature sensor and check the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge calibrated for your fuel system then comeback
