1993 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 167000 miles
my 1993 4x4 ford explorer has a automatic transmission and will not engage into any gear but reverse.when i put it into drive it wont engage and the few times it does engage im having to give it lots of gas and it slams into drive and it shifts just fine when driving.but when i shut it down it wont go into drive again for a long period of time.
