1992 Ford Explorer Won't Start

I have a 1992 Ford Explorer. Milage 155,000. The battery is 100% As it was just checked at Auto Zone. All the lights are coming on and everything. But when I go to crank it up. All i get is a click. What could it be. The starter? The salanoid?
