1991 Ford Explorer Automatic
4 months ago i replaced a starter on my ford explorer. it worked for 4 months then quit on me so i got another starter under my warranty. the very next day it quit on me so i went back and got a different brand of starter but the same part number. it would not go on right and start. the only way it would start is if we would move it around til it caught the flywheel. so i went back and got the original brand that was supposed to work and all its doing is spinning and not even touching the flywheel. could my flywheel be messed up? i checked it and all the teeth are good and it can turn over. please help me.
