02 sploder brake lights wont go out

The brake lights wont go out until i pull the pedal back the little bit itll move back. were is the brake switch? how does it work and how do i cure this problem?

You need to adjust the brake switch on the brake pedal bracket-you need to loosen switch and adjust the plunger making sure the brake arm is lightly touching the plunger.

If the arm is depressing the plunger a certain position the brake light will continously be On. You need to adjust it to the point that it will not cause the light to come on.
