Noise ford expedition
:( My 2000 Ford Expediton makes this whistling noise when you start the car and when you start going at 45mph. Then noise is like when you let air out of a balloon by stretching the mouth of the balloon. I'm a girl thats the best I can describe it. It's been going on for a week and 1/2 now. Just want to make sure when I bring it to get check you and them are in the same page with the diagnosis. Thank you

sounds like the power-steering-pump or belt. try turning the steering wheel all the way right and then left while sitting still. if you hear the noise it might just be low on steering fluid.
