2003 Ford Expedition No Power when going up a hilll

I bought this car 1 month ago and all of the sudden it has lost so much power. The car is fine on the highway and going down hills. But at stop lights and pulling out of my driveway. The car has no power trying to go up hills. I have taken it to a repair shop they found no computer codes or issues. So they took it to a ford dealership and the same thing can't figure out what is wrong. Sometimes the car is fine going up hills but latley it is almost evrytime it takes it forever to get up the hill Please help

You could have a restricted exhaust? Quick and simple way to check is with a vacuum gauge attached to the the manifold and raise rpm to 2000 to 2500 and hold it steady and look for vacuum to start dropiing off slowly?
