2003 Ford Expedition, Fails to start on first crank
Expedition has 82,000 miles and 4.6 L engine - Has a tendency not to start until it has been cranked two or three times. It then runs fine. What's the cause?

Check the fuel pressure with a gauge: No eyeball or thumb method give me some readings before we can continue.
