I have had a problem with my truck for a few months now. When I start the vehicle it runs fine no problems but the check engine light is on. After the vehicle has been running long enough for the temp gauge to get in to normal range it starts running extremely rough. When sitting at red lights the idle will drop and then go back to normal and repeat. Also it seems like it will miss ever so often and when I get up to speed it will shake, the only way to get it to stop is if I accelerate. As soon as I let off the accelerater it will start shaking again. I had a similiar problem in another vehicle and it was the egr valve solenoid is that a good area to start?
