1999 Ford Expedition Truck cuts off

Two Wheel Drive Automatic 110,00 miles
When I turn my truck on it turns off. When I get it to run it will idle VERY LOW. When my check engine light was on I got an error code 1507, after I googled i found out it has something to do with my idle. Is there a way for me to fix this problem myself. If so where can i find that info. I can't afford to take it to the dealer and pay for parts and labor.
