Hi,
I have a 1998 Expedition. It has the 5.4L engine with 185,000 miles. My brakes seem to work fine when I brake straight. It's when I brake just before making a turn (with the wheels at a slight angle) that my brakes lock up and grind.

Also for the past 2 or 3 years I've had to change the brake pads about twice a year, is that normal?

I would appreciate any help.
