My truck is making noises - like a clicking noise. When I had it serviced today they said it could be the "injectors, cam phasers and or the air conditioning compressor" The air compressor makes a grinding noise when it is first turned on if the truck is not running when it gets turned on or if I crank it with the knob turned on.

Does this seem likely? How costly will repairs be?

All depends on what is wrong with it. And if you have a dealership do it, regular mechanic, or yourself.

Take the drivebelt off of the vehicle first. Run it. Clicking anymore?
