2000 Ford Excursion Four Wheel Drive Automatic 133000 miles
my problem is the shift moter is operating properly the front drive shaft turns when shifted into 4whigh and 4wlow but the front axels dont engage nor do the tires spin,the truck was tested on 4 jack stands,any advice....

There is a vacuum actuator on the front axle. Is it getting vacuum?
