When I accelerate the engine is hesitant and sometimes feels like it doesn't want to accelerate. I took it to Ford and they told me that I had a bad cylinder and that this was a known defect due to the model year of my car. They told me it would cost around $1500.00 to fix. Can anyone suggest an alternative?
