1998 Ford Escort 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

I have a 1998 Ford Escort LX. I need a Diagram for the timing belt and what the marks should be set at. I had it replaced and now I have no power when I'm driving. I think the timing belt is off it's marks. If possible could I please get a diagram and what the marks should be set at?
