I replaced camshaft oil seal and was tightening bolt on camfaft crank and screw driver sliped and gear turn.I really dont know much at all about timing so I turned gear with screw driver back to about where it was and put bult back on.I tightend tensioner but it didnt seem real tight on back side of timing belt. My dumb self tried to start car anyway. Just 1 time and when it didint start I stoped. Not sure what to do next or how to fix it. Have no money to pay someone to fix it for me and need car to goto work. Please help.

Go to your local parts store and get a manual for your car. It will give detailed info on how to time the engine. Not knowing how much the gear moved, the engine needs to be totally retimed.
