I just bought a Ford Escape and the roof has quite a few scratches on it. SO many in fact that the dealer couldn't remove them, so they intend on replacing the entire roof. Should I be concerned that their efforts won't be as good as a roof done at the factory. Any suggestions on what I should ask theme regarding it? Also, should I insist on a new vehicle.
