2002 Ford Escape 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 125,00 miles
The service engine soon light came on, then the EGR valve cracked, so replaced it. The service engine soon light is still on and vehicle is running rough yet. What problem should I be addressing that would have caused the valve to crack?

its not a common thing to see a broken EGR valve
the common failure is the DPFE sensor
