I added some transmission fluid to the transmission today, however when I returned from about a 60 mile trip, there was transmission fluid leaking out of the bottom. This has never happened before. The transmission has never leaked. Any ideas as to what may have happened.

You could have blown a rear seal to the tranny or a front seal the rear would leak oil where the drive shaft rear yoke goes into the back end of the tranny the cffront seal would leak where the tanny connects to the back of the motor out from the cover there. Or the tranny lines going to the radiator got loose and the tranny would leak oil from the right front side. Or the pan bolts got loose somehow
