1987 Ford E-Series Van weird, but very hard

Many people have looked, none can find, the engine when cold starts up and runs good, when it gets hot it starts black smoking and shutting off. It will crank up immediately after, choking, stumbling, a few times, but then eventually it will start up

Hello, dont know if you solved this problem yet, I have a 1989 E-150, it was doing something close to this. I found the engine Computher was faulty, never set a code, never lit the enginge lite, What happened was the heater core had a small leak in it an dripped down into puther housing, as the puther sits right under the heater core, never had a smell of coolant in the cab or signs of coolant in floorboard
