does it take special tools to change the fuel filter on an 94 Bronco. is the fuel system pressurized? how do I keep fuel from pouting out when I take off the old filter?

first thing take of the kick panel on the passenger side and there will be a fuel pump cutoff switch, flip the red button up with a flat head screwdriver. start truck til it dies and cut it off, disconnect the battery. locate the fuel pump and use the fuel filter specialty tool to remove it.
