1994 Ford Aerostar drain plug

The transmission does not have a drain plug. You have to remove the whole transmission pan to drain the fluid. While you've got it off, go ahead and change the filter.
The total capacity is somewhere around 10 qts, I believe, but you will only need to refill 4 qts after you drain the pan. The rest is in your radiator and torque converter.
