'05 Ford Five Hundred Limited; approx 45K; 3.0 liter V-6 (I think......).

Hi,

The driver's heated seat works great. The passenger's side doesn't work at all. The lights on the switch work - showing low/high/off, but the seat does not heat.

I've read that 12 volts should show at "both sides of the switch", and that something else should be checked - but I can't remember what. I haven't checked the switch yet - exactly how do I do that?
