2005 Ford 500 engine mounts

2005 Ford 500 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 75000 miles
when coiming to a stop the car shakes and feels like the engine is stuttering .... I took it to Ford and they said that one of the engine mounts was broken, an that it would cost $450 to fix ....
is this something I can fix myself? I am in the military and have access to a fully equipped garage, with all the equipment needed for any repair ... I just want to know if I can replace engine mounts myself, and will I have to pull the engine or can it be done without pulling the engine?
