2005 Ford 500 clicking noise

2005 Ford 500 All Wheel Drive Automatic
I recently hit a large rock(about the size of a large grapefruit)with my front driver's side tire.It blew out both the tire and rim.I now hear a "clicking" noise whenever i turn the wheel sharply at low speeds.Other than that the car runs fine and has no steering problems.The clicking noise is annoying but tolerable.What do you think is the cause of the noise?
