1975 Fiat Spider Shift Lever
Transmission problem
1975 Fiat Spider 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 85000 miles
Shift lever has gotten very sloppy. My mechanic fixed the problem many years ago, but he is dead, and I have moved. It is not the lever extension, it is some part at the lever pivot or internal that has broken. Is there a plastic or nylon part that is a common reason for this condition. Is it easy to repair?
