2000 Other Fiat Models 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

hi , can you guide me to a scan tool that will work on my Fiat Siena 140cc model year 2000 , with 3 pin diagnostic cable -offcorse not an expensive one cos this gona be for personal use ,, i allready have ELMSCAN 5 usb tool but it has the 16 pin OBD2 cable so it doesnot fit min , also i have been told that if i bay an adaptor from 16 to 3 pin that it will not work also cos my ecu in fiat 3 pin ,is not OBD compliant ,,
