My 1978 Fiat Spider has developed a problem. The car will start fine but as soon as it warms up it stalls. It acts like it is fuel starved, however when it is cold I can start it fine. Carburetor was recently rebuilt last year and I installed an electric fuel pump. The carburetor is a 2 barrel Weber 32 ADFA. Any thoughts?

I 'll reply with the same advice that I gave "fuel starved",
- check the neoprene fill hose connecting the fuel filler housing to the tank for a small hole. I found that my hose was bad when I topped off my tank and saw gas leaking.I had the same troubling symptoms and thinking that I was out of gas, filled up the '79 Spider. It ran great till I went below the hole.
There is also another possibility. The fuel solenoid that is at the carb may be malfunctioning when hot. The location of the electrical connection is in a location that is easily disturbed if servicing the carburetor.
Good luck with that. Mm
