I bought my 2006 magnum about 11mo. Ago and not knowing much about cars. My fan goes on after only driving a few miles and it stays on and loud. I purchased it like this. It doesn't over heat or run hot. Is this something serious to where I have to take it back to where I purchased it from. Help this is an annoying loud fan noise.

It may just be a bad fan. It should go on when the coolant sensor/pcm tells it to. About he only thing you could do is try another fan motor but it may be loud as well. You might check with a dealer there is a tsb on fans that can break and see if yours was involved if it was and not replaced they may still replace it for free. But only if it's been involved with the tsb but they can tell by vin. But your noise can still be there as this tsb was not for noise.
