Sometimes my low beams, turn signals, wipers, and climate control will stop working altogether at the same instance. Usually I would have to bang the steering wheel once or twice or even going over a speed bump quickly will get it to work again. High beams and corner lights still work when those 4 issues arise. Wondering if it's wiring or relays. I don't suspect fuse because it's an on and off type of deal.
