Steam and bubbling sound
Heater problem
1995 Eagle Vision 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 125657 miles
There is a bubbling noise inside of the dash area with steam blowing from the top dash. Water is forming in the floor and in the gauges.

your vehicle's heater core has failed. need to replace it or at very least bypass it, bypassing will render heater system useless though.
