Eagle Vision Spark Problem

1993 Eagle Vision 6 cyl Automatic 120000 miles
My car has been having troubling starting (turning over). Usually, it just takes a few attempts and it will start up. Yesterday, after driving 5 mi it just shut down. Today it would not start at all. It still turns over like it wants to start but never completely kicked in. I'm not sure if it was because of the extremely cold weather, if it's my battery or alternator, a hydro locked head gasket or something else.

First need to determine if loss of spark or fuel. So pull plug wire hold next to block crank spark? if yes then spray carb cleaner into air intake ie. throttle body crank fire?
